Nairalanders Pls kindly help me out on this very botheringg problem I have with ma phone itel it1500 android device. Ma brother drawwn wrong pattern several time cuz he didn't know the parttern am usin to unlock it, unfortunately the phone locked now asking for my gmail acc to unlock it but I can't rem the gmail cuz I wasn't the one that opened the acc. I consulted the person who opened it but what I heard was very sad hee said he can't rem again. Now I don't know what to do that's why I want the engeneers on nairaland to help me out. |

[ofu When you set up google play store account, your Android devices manager which its duty is to protect your device against theft, will document your email and password. By providing the requested email, and your password to that email, they will show you the pattern |

Try making a call to the locked phone, pick up , go to menu -settings and disable pattern. If it doesn't work let me know. There are several more ways. Hope u have root access? 1 Like |
