today witnessed another tale of drama when a landlord was sued by a caretaker over possession of the land which he was acting as a caretaker..
According to the court case, the care-taker made his complaints that the land in question belonged to his late father who happened to b a brother of the landlord.
'I stumbled accross a document which was a written agreement that my uncle(landlord) should keep the land for me because I was 3months old when my mom passed on.. And my dad who was very ill signed the agreement with my uncle in presence of my cousin who is deaf and dumb'claimed the caretaker
On his own claim, here's what the landlord has to say
'I did not sign any agreement with anybody.. I inherited the land from my father.. I don't have any question to answer anybody'
When aprokoland tried reaching the witness who happens to be deaf and dumb with a specialist.. It was discovered that he was an illiterate
When aprokoland asked the caretaker about the evident which he claimed to be the written agreement between his late father and his uncle(landlord).. Here's what he has to say
'I mistakenly used it for toilet paper'

There was pandemonium yesterday as members of a new generation church and another church who are seperated by just less than 5 feet (names withheld) took a free to hair fracas to settle a lasting tension between them selves. Musical instruments were used freely as weapons between member who fought like gladiators.. It took community(names withheld) vigilante to calm the chaos down..
After the fight. Aprokofm correspondent got some info from members who participated in the fracas as to what really happened. One of the participants who spoke on condition of anonymity said
'Anytym our pastor wants to preach that's when they decide to sing their praise and worship thereby making us not to hear the word of God properly.. Is it fair'
Another participant said
'We went to the church to tell dem to start after we have finished preaching and we were chased with canes'
We were able to get info from one of the pastors..
'We came to the land first and I wonder why the landlord would rent the land to another church knowing fully well that our instruments are not as loud as theirs' the first pastor said crying
Both pastors have fixed a date for a cease fire as members of both churches were seen armed to the tooth.. The landlord who happens to b a native doctor when reached for comment said
'I hired the land to both churches because I see evil spirits at night anytime I come out to ease my self I am even thinking of renting a part of the land to a alfa cos so that muslims can also pray.. Maybe they will stop'
