To give my own suggestion, I'll say threads with tribal bashing instincts be opened for reading alone without space for people to comment even if it hits front page, cos no matter how much the mods try to ban/hide some comments, viewers still catch a glimpse before they are pulled off and that little glimpse is enough to spark hatred(remember rwanda). I have been tribal conscious ever since I started visiting the politics section, if not for self-caution I would have become a tribalist in reality. I understand seun is trying to do business, but he should also consider that such threads are further dividing the nation called nigeria. It is wrong promoting and encouraging tribalism on this forum, let's put a stop to it. Suggest ways we can curb this subtle beast fanning the embers of war. Thank you

I think it will be greatly reduced if this aura of invincibility is taken away. If our accounts are linked to Facebook and/or Twitter account then we will know we are not that hidden and therefore make only guided statements.

Dear poster, in politics section insults, tribalism, blackmail, propaganda have always being the norm, it takes a good home bringing to quell it.

I think every thread posted in the politics section should be screened for tribal instincts by the mods before they can be opened for comments. Any thread found wanting in the process should be left for reading purpose only without comments.
