This was tested with GTA Vice City for android.. Just Download Game Keyboard.apk from playstore or koolwap.in..install the app Follow the options to activate the keyboard as your default keyboard.. Go to the keyboard's settings tick the activate keyboard from volume+ button, Then Tick the swipe to change button.. Minimize the app. During Game play Press the volume up button to bring the keyboard out , it will bring out a game pad then swipe to show the main keyboard. Type your cheat and you're good to go..
