I signed up on a couple days and used this plan when I was in Lagos last month. However, when I tethered (use my phone as a modem) my laptop it was using my regular airtime instead of it coming out of the 50 MB allowance. It's probably a setting on my phone, because I do not think it should have made a difference to MTN if I was tethering or not, since they will cut me off once I hit 50 MB or my 24 hrs. is up anyway. I was using a treo 750 if it makes any difference. |

Bossman, to stop that from happening, you need to restart your phone after you have been activated for the plan. |
