Happy monday and greetings, Please I have been working on developing a concept that will have a website help companies & Organisations with a large staff base create a working time table automatically for their routine and and also schedule daily task.

MY PROBLEM: : I want to build a team to enable me pursue this project but I need to know the type of programmer I should look out for. (Software developer or application developer). I already have a friend that is very good with graphic design.

Please kindly help me out as I need to get capable hands and avoid making mistakes.

What is your definition of software and application development?
Any good web developer can do what you are asking of. But in my opinion,
I think it will be better in ASP.Net (My mother's tongue [with C#]) but this can also be achieved in PHP (my third language)
Modern days web applications should not be doing a full page refresh over every single change that needs commitment to
the server; so you should also consider a hand that is also good with javascript who has the ability to do heavy
DOM lifting without a full page reload

Are the staff going to have working hours? and how do they get paid?
Are the staff going to be provided with their materials to work e.g. laptops or they need to fend for themselves?

Yes! They will be paid but that will be based on the agreement we can be able to come up with- For anyone who is tech skilled- I think the right way is to be part of the bigger pie otherwise you miss out.
