Well I have an uncle who was DSA for FCMB, for two years he struggled... He was married and had two kids... He was diligent, walking up and down to meet his targets. He was made regional marketing manager within the space of those two years and why did this happen because he was diligent and focused but of course he had no other option. His motivation was family.

We are in the same shoes bro...I just got a DSA offer with union bank. But the truth is that no bank is expecting u to meet up with such outrageous target. But with God you can actually succeed in it. People like to criticize DSA job. But where do you get the job experience you need as your age surpasses the age limit and being unemployed. No big coy will call you up for test/interview with no experience after 1/2/3 years of after NYSC, but with the DSA job experience coys will call u up, expecially when they see that you have actually succeeded as a DSA

If yes,then u are good to know.

Just got a job as DSA in skye bank, and am to resume tonorrow, the salary base is 40k at ile oluji..Am still working in a beer ware house, where i earn approximately 18k..there was target attach to the DSA work; to open 30 account and to bring 5million naira every month. if am unable to meet the target, i will be ejected after the 3rd month...should i go for it or continue with my present job..
