Heltel Nigeria, stealing customer's credit since 1914. The company will soon be sold before this year runs out- Most people only use Heltel for browsing but since the introduction of SME service, I said Heltel, GO & DIE!!

Dear Sir,

It is with utter dismay that I send this mail.

I am a post paid customer on the 2 good classic package since 2010.
Presently I run 2 lines for my wife and myself. The numbers are 0708xxxxxxx and 0808xxxxxxx.
Both have a monthly limit of 5000 naira and for the past four years, not once have i defaulted in monthly payment for bills accrued by me.

Both lines have the BCM monthly data plan running on them since February 2013. This allocates 1024megabytes of data for which the sum of 1400naira is automatically deducted from each line on the 1st of each month and this data has not been exhausted by us.

However to my extreme consternation, starting from this month, both lines have been debited ostensibly for data usage under a 'so called PAYU plan'. These deductions are collectively to the tune of over 3000 naira for both lines under one week.
This is nothing short of fraudulent as at no time did either my self or my spouse subscribe to such nonsense.

In any case, what manner of 'PAYU' deducts from the balance I work hard to purchase while claiming to be for my benefit. PAYU that actually steals from you?

Kindly look into this matter and refund the monies taken decietfully from us as I have resolved to change to an alternative network if a suitable solution is not found by the end of the next billing cycle.

from what I observed, I think you need to flash back wheather you browsed with your line before payment was made. steps to resolve this are
1. call the post paid customer care, record your conservation and save the customers I'd
2.make sure you are completely sure that it was not your fault in one way or the order before apporting blames
3.After discussing with them and you are not satisfied, call NCC and provide them with the customer's id

Mind you, I have a rolling data plan on both lines and never finished the data on them since i use pari passu with a wifi connection. After auto renewal on the 1/8/14 one line had 6gb data and the other 1.4gb of data. PAYU is supposed to be activated only when ones current data plan is exhausted.

How do I get NCCs contact or maybe I should go get a pro bono lawyer and sue them. Na awoof money be dat o!
