dont know what to say but i guess is cool. i mean since they have realised africa as their home, what can we do but to accept them even though some of them got dislike for africans. it might help build a bridge of understanding btw africans and black americans.

The Black Americans who dislike Africans do so as a reaction to disdain which many Africans show us FIRST.

As for me, I don't know what to think about it at this point. Right now it's just an idea, it could end up going nowhere.

I'm going to follow that link and read those chapter excerpts as soon as I make this post. Looks like it's going to be a really interesting read.

In my experience, Africans never made attempts to socialize with Black Americans or get to know us -- unless it was an African man showing interest in a Black American woman. I lived it. While I was married to an African man and living among his family, away from my own, in a place I knew absolutely nobody, this was my reality.

One thing I noticed, also, is that it seems like Africans will cut the Black American women some slack, but not the men. It's really weird,
