when they (boko haram) were attacking xtians in churches, in their houses, on the road, most northerns were happy, never called sincerely for them to stop their actions but instead gave boko haram all the accolades for killing and maiming innocent people.xtians prayed for Gods intervention and the wrath of God is now upon their land.GOD never sleeps, its is the blood of the innocent killed that is fighting this cause.I guess even the politicians that were sponsoring this massacre would have wished they never started this in the first place.GOD IS INVOLVED.Jonathan can't do much about it cos GOD is aware of any situation.IT HURTS ME TO SEE PEOPLE DIE AND WISH THIS SENSELESS AND MEANINGLESS KILLINGS COULD STOP. |

ideology: An advanced and well trained military does not rely solely on the civilians to get intel and info. An advanced military would introduce their own men into the civilian population to get a first hand Intel on what is happening in the community. Not waiting around for collaborators of Boko Haram and their sympathisers to be bursting their bubbles. 2 Likes |

nobody in his rite senses will support d policeman but on anoda level of reasoning...protestin in dat area is like a suicide mission itself...a female suicide bomber mayb among d protesters! And we should stop blaming our soldiers, they were never trained to face terrorists or tackle such probs.BH didnt jst start today, the masses were aware of its genesis but they kept quiet because they were nt d primary target and power don shift...only they can help the government and am sure its nt by protesting |

lakhadimar: You can say that again.Do you really know about the strength of the Nigeria military if they be sincere, they did it in ecomog, mali etc why do you think they aren't doing it here in their home town as I know? The truth is that, the previous Nigeria presidents' corruption is catching on with Nigeria and as human nature is, someone must be blamed for it so people bestow it on GEJ, well he will take it since he is the president but remember he is fighting a war that has been before him so will take time if you want Democracy and not de facto. The military personnels are mixed with true patriots and these Jihad fighters because they penetrated it years back and have gained grounds and personnels and they are high ranked officers. This is for our military so you figure it out; if a gate man in a company is patriotic and the board and others aren't won't the company have a negative impact in the society? This issue is deep but you look it just like the way you look at a duck in a pool of water swimming without seeing the hard work its web is doing under water. But I have a question; why must this issue come up now in his reign? Answer: because a southerner (precisely south southerner) is the president of the country so they want to make it mal-presidented as said by a former head of state and he is walking freely and still trying to cause more mayhem via the latest bomb blast he claimed was target to him. Pls wake up the aasvogels and slowpokes of this country and smell the coffee rather than opening your wide mouth which I now know it's only good for feeding and nothing else. As long as Nigeria exist now, support GEJ now or leave the country then come back 2015 election to vote against him because that's the final of actions. Who are you dudes trying to deceive? Ok let a core Jihad northerner mount the Aso Rock Villa and see if this insurgency won't end. Continue fooling yourselves. The truth's a pain in the ass to a defaulter Thanks.Do you really know about the strength of the Nigeria military if they be sincere, they did it in ecomog, mali etc why do you think they aren't doing it here in their home town as I know? gbadexy: Good God! You just nailed it. So pathetic to hear clueless Ebola Jonathan supporters saying this nonsense. Its just a simple case of for example in your street, simple because you are not chosen as the street chairman or leader, you set fire and confusion in YOUR own compund just to make the selected person's rule ungovernable! How dumb this sound! The general agreement among the masses of the Northeast is that the Presidency has a hand on this mess. GEJ called them.his siblings, and the manner and way boko haram operate with freedom and impunity shows they can only have a higher backing for this atrocities. The lack of motivation, arms and motivation for the security operatives also shows the FG are suspects in this fight. To simply sy the fact, President Jonathan is the sponsor and father of Boko Haram For more, read the link.... http:///vPLMQt9ScG 1 Like |

BetaThings:.......Northern Nigeria has sown the same seed countries like Iraq, Afghanistann, Libya, and most recently Hamas or palestine has done years ago and are harvesting bountifully from same seed today. @second question: No one will argue the fact that crisis (whether political, ethnic, religious etc) has always been a part of human history. In the aftermath of most of this crisis there are usually no carry-overs ( meaning people who are willing to carry on with the crisis after the death of the progenitor of the crisis). But this modern era of crisis that was borne out of the religious activities of MOH of Islam (best described as terrorism) is a cankerworm that threatens our collective survival as a people. The major difference between this one and others you mentioned above is that crisis rooted in islam are passed on from one generation to the next (hereditary). |

hamilton62: Hmmm... Do we still have ethnocentric myopic self-centred bigot like you. Continue fooling yourself, Ebola Jonathan is theworst thing that has ever happened to Nigeria. Is he the only non northerner or xtian that has ever ruled? Stop creating unnecessary stupid lame excuses for him pls. No body is forcing him to make the stupid mistakes he is always making. For God sake, he is the C-in-C, with all the security apparatus at his disposal, to date he still cldnt prove anybody is behind boko haram simply implies that he is behind them. 1 Like |

If some bigots could just use 1% from the accessible 10% of their brains, they'd clearly see it makes absolutely no sense for northerners to burn, maim, kill, and wreck their communities just to politically hurt GEJ. If indeed they want to make Nigeria ungovernable, wouldn't it make more sense to bomb federal structures, kill south south folks, etc? I've never heard of a self defeating insurgency before, where one makes his enemy's job easier by attacking oneself. But then again, ethnicism would never let some people see reason. 1 Like |
