Hi guys, I'm planning on getting a new Android phone but I'm a little confused which to go for. My budget is 55 to 60K. I'm thinking of either Techno Phantom Z or HTC Desire 816 Dual.
The Desire 816 is my 1st choice cos I love the form factor and the features generally. So I'll like your advise (probably from experience with both phones) if my choice is good enough or not. If possible, any suggestions about a phone not in my view currently is welcome. Thanks

Go for the HTC Desire 816 Dual. You get software updates and its more stable than any techno.

.... That's Tecno's flagship p hi one and it has way more specs that the HTC 816
Also as per updates .. Tecno has included the OTA service on their recent phones ....I think starting from R7

...well the final decision still rests with you ...It all depends on what u want in the phone ...but if u are looking at mainly specs .. The HTC 816 is not even close to the Tecno Phantom Z

Thanks guys 4 d reply. @lynxnoon, Phantom Z sure does have bigger spec in RAM, ROM and also the display being protected by corning gorila glass. I will take my time to consider the specs b4 deciding on wch 2 go 4. Another thing thats gona influence my decision is d flexibity n support outside naija.
Any phone of similar quality/specs for d same price range u can advise?

For TECNO devices... I will never advice anybody to spend 41k and above for a TECNO device

Tecno phantom Z has better battery. this htc has battery draining issue. for better battery and specs go for z but for popularity and supports for HTC

Well remember Tecno has Technical support and customer care service in Nigeria through Carlcare

.... As for me ...personally I would say just go for the Phantom Z ... but then again u r not me ...so go for what you will be comfortable with and can proudly use in the open without being ashamed of what pple will say

I have used a tecno be, M7, and now am currently using a Samsung Galaxy Grand 2, .... and at the moment am considering selling it to give the Phantom Z a spin ....
Well that's me , I make full use of all the phones I use with no regrets cos like experimenting

I'm nt sure the Huawei Honour 6 is available yet in naija sha; wld av loved it

tecno phantom z should make a lot of difference with the octa-core processor, the price may be high so it would be good to compare with similar specs from other android manufacturers when it is launched you may check price and spec information at http://www.kara.com.ng/tecno-phantom-z/
