Many women don't know their bra sizes and this can make shopping for bras difficult.

And all women are not the same. Use our simple sizing guide to determine your exact measurements and ideal fit.

Step 1. BAND SIZE While wearing a non-padded bra, use a soft tape measure and wrap the tape measure above the bust under the under arm so you can read the measurement. This is your band size.
Round up to the nearest even number.

Step 3. CUP SIZE
Subtract your band size (step 1) from your bust measurement (step 2) to arrive at your appropriately lettered cup. Reference the chart to the right to determine your cup size, based on the result of this simple calculation!

Step 2. BUST MEASUREMENT
Holding the tape firmly but not tightly against your chest, measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. The resulting number is your bust measurement. Round up should the number fall at a half-inch mark.
