oluwabukunola: yes food to take to school

Introduce a variety of health selection of foods. Water and fresh fruits for starters. Cold sandwiches (or any foods that do not need to be served hot).

Whatever you choose, avoid sweets and sugary food / drinks.

Let him take fruits to school. Banana is ook . However don't give him fruits that will make him mess up his school uniform like nango.let him start getting used to fruits instead of all this sugary or processed foods like biscuit or indomie

Mashed potatoes boiled with a little butter, irish potatoes, no sugar added to it.

Mashed beans, you can take your time to peel the chaff off the beans, cook with very little pepper, and little vegetable oil,add some fresh titus fish to it if you like...

Very soft boiled rice and boiled eggs....

Oatmeal, oats and milk, powder milk is preferable to evaporated milk for children under 3years I think.

Custard if you like, banana flavor is best for toddlers

Bread and tea...
Most importantly, you need a very good food warmer, and you might have to package more than one meal, depends on your child's appetite, and when school closes,I hope I helped a little, good luck.
