they have 'designated' a GENERAL hospital as an Ebola center. they have not outlined any steps they have taken in ensuring proper quarantine procedures are followed.

we have been going back and forth for the past week with the attackers of Fashola, and the takeaway is that the best methodology is to set up a temporary structure which is properly isolated with proper access control.

i seriously doubt if this man is doing anything other than blowing hot air.
