Confirmation is within the hour...We also encourage our customers to instruct the bank Teller to post the payment immediately to avoid delay. Also you could do the transfer online which is faster.

There may be penalties and charges for tickets purchased from us which may include a minimum charge of $50 change fee and a higher fare.

Most airline tickets are non-refundable. Tickets can only be cancelled by 12 midnight of the ticketing day for a full refund which attracts a $30 processing fee. However after the ticketing day, There may be penalties and charges for cancellation for tickets purchased from TeamclicksAir which may include a minimum airline charge of $55 excluding insurance fee.

For you to be eligible for cancellation after the ticketing day, Insurance must have been booked with your ticket.
