I called online customer service I was amazed as to how these so called customer agent try to pin it on me without accepting full responsibilty for not autorenewing my account and worst of all they refused to activate my BIS and diplomatically avoid answers to straight questions I present them.

As a last minute resolve I decided to visit a customer service centre at apapa eleganza building to be precise and the situation was no different from their online counterpart.

I took the bold step and switch to airtel BIS 2GB and getting service value for my paysworth. MTN is after ur money and not given value for money. MTN is scam
