that's a bleaching cream, it contains hydroquinone (dangerous)
Google that for more info on it..I like the cream too(smooth and smells nice) and I use it(I stopped when it finished yesterday) but bleaching creams will always be dangerous

Body - Winter - Mango body butter by The body shop + sensual body oil ..natural, doesn't bleach.
Body - Spring/summer -Almond body butter by The body shop + sensual body oil
Hand - Hand lotion Vanilla - The body shop
Feet - heel repair ointment by Sally Hansen

I alternate between Vaseline Intensive care lotion and Palmers Skin Success Eventone lotion.
And during the harmattan, I add Dettol petroleum jelly OR the infamous ude aki
