A rare 1962 Ferrari 250 GTO Berlinetta has been
declared the world’s most expensive car after selling at auction for £23 Million.
The car, which is one of only 39 models ever made,
was auctioned at Bonham’s auction in Carmel,
California. This particular car was 19th off the assembly line, and was previously owned by a private collector.
The previous record was held by a 1954 Mercedes-
Benz W196 R F1 Racer,which sold for £18 million at Goodwood Festival of Speed in Sussex last year........ I hiss when I see the motor self... I wonder why some one paid that much for this.....check out pics of the car here.....http://lifestimulus.com/?p=2259
