yes it's true whatsapp is down on etisalat line. I've called their customer care line and i've been told something will be done abt it.... But i haven't seen any changes since then

Have been trying to acess watsapp service on my android using etisalat since morning but, discover it not working.Is any one currently experiencing that?

For those of us affected, why don't we all do a 'Ribadu' and port to rival networks. That will hit Etisalat where it hurts - their profits. I first complained to them around midday yesterday and there's still no resolution. Their silly customer care peeps keep coming up with bullshit excuses. They haven't got a clue.

Main reason y pple fail exams is becos dey don't take tyme to read questions before providing answers.

am experiencing it too. I noticed it yesterday morning. I even went farther to delete the application and downloaded it again. Still not responding. Has been initializing since morning.

@Op, are using that etisalat-bis-proxy cheat? WhatsApp and bbm doesn't work on it.

I use ETISALAT.

I no longer use WHATSAPP on it.

But my BBM is on it. I have not been able to deliver a BBM since yesterday, or receive.

Could this trouble with WHATSAPP also be affecting the BBM on the ETISALAT network?

Don't doubt, you can actually "whatsapp" on a laptop or pc.

Click to DOWNLOAD the BlueStacks application which will help you to whatsapp, 2go, wechat, BBM etc. on your PC/laptop.
