i developed an app with jquery mobile which works fine on my localhost,
i went as far as testing it online by hosting it at http://data-ville.com/jmo/3/www/
and everything works perfectly from the browser of my LAptop as well as the browser of my android phone

Now i uploaded the zip version of the files to be deployed by phonegap online which i have been doing and has been working fine
I have never tried connecting to a mysql database and have never tried compiling a PHP script with phonegap b4

The compilation was successful and i was able to download my .apk file

My problem here is that after installing, on opening the installed file, i see a blank white page and nothing else displays


so i would like someone to give me a hint on what i am doing wrong.

is it that phonegap does not work with PHP/MYSQL or what ?

I will need to take a look @ your scripts to know where it's coming from. But you should connect to database via json, not php /MySQL raw in the app.

This topic should be in the programming section, I guess the problem is with the way you arranged your html files especially the index.html file.
