If you expect this post to be about the newest mad ebola conspiracy theory, then please stop reading here. It is not. I am not here to waste your or my time to discuss ridiculous conspiracy theories or this specific product nanosilver as I am not qualified to do so.
Lets instead have a look at some facts regarding the fraudulent claims of the self-proclaimed "world-renowned doctor and scientist" Dr. Rima E. Laibow instead (says who, by the way, except herself?).

First, who is this person who wrote a letter to numerous African heads of state in order to promote the so-called nanosilver ebola cure, which - SURPRISE SURPRISE - she happens to sell on her various weird websites? There is no real answer to this, as Dr. Laibow is rather elusive. She is the wife of Albert "Bert" Newton Stubblebine III who is a retired Major General in the United States Army. He was the commanding general of the United States Army Intelligence and Security Command from 1981 to 1984. He was also known for his interest in psychic warfare and his hope to develop an army of soldiers with powers such as the ability to walk through walls (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Albert_Stubblebine).

One other thing is also clear: she is NOT a "world-renowned doctor and scientist". Dr. Laibow fails to inform us where and in which field she allegedly got her doctor's degree, and judging by her zillion websites full of fearmongering pseudo-science I would guess it was bought online. Dr. Laibow CLAIMS to have done research on this. WRONG. There is NOT ONE peer-reviewed scientific paper by this self-proclaimed scientist, not on ebola and not on anything else. Search pubmed if you need to convince yourself. Producing homemade "infographics" to sell your product is NOT research. Dr. Laibow CLAIMS to have "discovered/developed" nanosilver. This is just another blatant lie. Nanosilver has been researched by various workgroups around the world for many years. She quotes a few of these (real fundamental research) papers in her letter to African presidents. However, she MISquotes them so that they fit into her marketing strategy. Her way of quoting sheds light on her scientific illiteracy and/or her unscrupulousness.

I am not only writing this article to inform you and give you what is, as far as I know, quite literally, the ONLY prevention or treatment strategy for the coming Ebola virus plague, but also to ask you to share this information as widely as you can and to reach out to me to connect me with media outlets, bloggers, radio hosts, TV hosts, sites like this one, newsletter editors and so on.
The more people know about this information, the more chance we all have of surviving what we are about to be faced with. Survival means not only physical survival, after all, but the survival of a system that provides us with food, shelter, lawful communities and orderly workplaces, in short, civilization. When Europe was ravaged by bubonic plague, which killed about 50% of the population, what died, along with people, was the society. It took a very long time to rebuild.

MANIPULATIVE/MISLEADING: Dr. Laibow is creating panic here as an introduction to her marketing efforts. She lets us know that we will all die if we do not take her advice (and, more importantly, buy her product). She insinuates that ebola will turn into an epidemic like plague that ravaged Europe in the 14th century. And most of all she is insinuating that she is our only hope. She is the messiahs. She has the only cure. Therefore, we MUST buy her product. Needless to say it's nonsense.

Ebola virus has now been genetically engineered to enhance its kill rate to a staggering 90%.

LIES LIES LIES: The current ebola virus has led to death in about 55%. Of course Dr. Laibow fails yet again to provide proof of this statement. Because there is none. "Genetically engineered" is an unfounded conspiracy theory. It's complete bullshit. But it serves her purpose.

We are being told there is no cure. That, as you will see, is a patently false intentional lie. We are told that there is no treatment. That is an equally false lie. As you will see, the truth of the cure, 10 PPM Nano Silver, comes from research done at some point in the past by, and declassified in 2009 by, the US Government itself.

LIES LIES LIES: However, the lies are by Dr. Laibow. Research done "at some point in the past"? QUOTE the paper, Dr. Laibow?!?? There is NO DEFINITE CURE for ebola at this point. The products that are being discussed everywhere have not gone through clinical trials.

As a doctor and a scientist, I told everyone that I could reach that there was nothing else that would kill Ebola but that we could be sure that Nano Silver (not colloidal or ionic silver, by the way) would kill the virus. At the time I did not have access to the definitive research confirming this done by the US Government. When I found it, I was jubilant that my conclusion was confirmed and horrified that the US, WHO, UN and all the other international actors in this deadly drama were hiding this fact.

LIES LIES LIES: So Dr. Laibow allegedly had access to secret research by the US government. Why would that be the case? Because she is a self-proclaimed scientist? Suuuure! Who of course knew the results right from the start due to NOT doing research? HELLO?

So I need your help disseminating this information fast and hard. It could, quite literally, be the only thing that stands between life and death from Ebola for us and those we love. Let’s get the question of motivation out of the way. Buy whatever Nano Silver you wish, but buy enough for those you love and/or wish to preserve.

MANIPULATIVE/MISLEADING: More manipulation and fearmongering. No scientific basis. Conveniently, she wants to get the "question of motivation" out of the way. Guess why? Because her motivation is more than dubious and becomes very clear there: "BUY ENOUGH".

We all know that the ghastly Ebola virus plague is nearly upon us. I have irrefutable documentary evidence that the following are true:
The Ebola strain circulating in West Africa (and soon the rest of the world) has been genetically altered to have an exceedingly high kill rate (90%) which just happens to be the desired population reduction espoused by Bill Gates, George Soros, the World Health Organization and others. The UK officially espouses an initial population reduction of only 50% followed by measures to increase it to that level while the US has not publicly specified its desired population reduction rate for the US although it does subscribe to the same 90% for the rest of the world (beginning with Henry Kissinger’s infamous National Security Memorandum 200, 1974).

LIES LIES LIES: "Irrefutable evidence" Then PRESENT it, Dr. Laibow! Why doesn't she? Because there is none. It's yet another lie and conspiracy theory. Which makes no sense at all either. If this epidemic was actually a case of bioterrorism for the purpose of population reduction, they would have certainly spread it all over India and China first, or if it was targetting Africa it would have been sent directly to all megacities in a way that would have caused hundreds of thousands of victims in a week. I bet they COULD. But none of this is the case. It's BULLSHIT. Dr. Laibow spreads these paranoid and sick conspiracy theories in order to create mistrust against real science and everybody except her. Because then she will sell more of her product.

The same cast of characters assert confidently and falsely that there is no treatment, prevention or cure for the 90% lethal Ebola Virus despite the fact that research carried out by the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (Department of Defense) and the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) (declassified in 2009) definitively showed that 10 PPM Nano Silver on Ebola virus is the definitive treatment against Ebola virus. They showed that the 10 PPM Nano Silver not only prevented it from adhering to cells (so it could not destroy them or replicate) but that if they did enter the cells, they were unable to carry out their functions and were totally inactivated.

LIES LIES LIES: QUOTE the research you are talking about, Dr. Laibow!!! Why doesn't she? Take a guess...

Nano Silver is inexpensive, has a long shelf life even in high heat and humidity conditions, has no toxic side effects whatsoever, does not interfere with any other nutrient or medication, leaves beneficial bacteria intact so the immune system is not harmed by taking it, cannot lead to resistant organisms, is self-sterilizing and needs no refrigeration.

LIES LIES LIES: I have seen tiny bottles of nanosilver offered for 250$ on Dr. Laibow's fraudulent websites.

Let me remind you again: the definitive cure for Ebola virus, by the way, is 10 PPM Nano Silver, legal in the US, but not in the EU. You Need Nano Silver and I Need Your Help. I am writing this article because I need your help to reach media outlets immediately. Reaching radio hosts, print outlets, online blogs, newspapers, magazines and TV are essential if we are to get this information out, preserve anything like our lives and freedoms in this engineered loss of every civil and personal right we ever thought of having. And our lives.

Dr. Laibow CLAIMS that this product cures ebola. There is NO evidence for this. Just because it kills bacteria as a surface wipe and pesticide doesn't mean it cures ebola. Just because it has killed influenza viruses and a few others in vitro in a few fundamental research studies does NOT mean that it is a cure for ebola. But Dr. Laibow CLAIMS this as a FACT and immediately continues to the BUY BUY BUY mantra. Also, Dr. Laibow likes to misquote the existing research on nanosilver in various ways so that it fits into her marketing strategy. Dr. Laibow CLAIMS a whole lot of things, but sadly FAILS to provide any proof. Anyone can claim anything online, but that doesn't make it real. So while Dr. Laibow is certainly very talented at spreading panic and conspiracy theories, there is simply NOTHING to back up her claims that this product does what she claims it does, and that's fraudulent. But as long as there are uninformed people who buy and promote it Dr. Laibow will be happy.

You might wonder what the response to the Open Letter we wrote to the Presidents of Sierra Leone, Liberia, Guinea and Nigeria, their Ministers of Health, Margaret Chan, the Director of WHO, Ban Kee Moon, the Secretary General of the United Nations and the President of the United States, among others. I have also posted in about 125 on line African papers, blogs, etc., with the same result. The silence has been deafening, by the way.

on one hand you have Dr Rima making statements she says are backed up by scientific papers.

on the other hand the OP and myself are merely presenting the fact that her statements are not backed up by any research despite her claims.

in my eyes the people who falsely claim to cure anything (be it AIDS, Cancer or Ebola) and try to profit from those claims are the lowest of the low. Science fraud is one of the most elemental perversions of TRUTH.

The OP's motivation to post seems to be one of care and concern.

Dr Rima's motivation is profit.

Unless the OP posts shortly asking for money i'd be inclined to trust him more than someone with a financial interest in the spreading of misinformation.

You agree on her based on which evidence? Have you sequenced the genome of this virus and compared it to the already known ones? If not why would you stupidly agree with something that neither makes sense nor is useful to anybody except fearmongerers and conspiracy theory lovers?
Fact is: ebola's first recorded outbreak was decades ago before anybody had skills such as engineering viruses. All outbreaks ever since were just as deadly as this one. Why don't people learn about a topic before spreading unfounded "opinions" to blame entire nations or mysterious entities of such things? Most who do this couldn't even define a virus, nor would they be able to understand how one would be genetically engineered? Such nonsensical theories are often used to distract from the real problem. That is certainly the case here. We should all LEARN about ebola and how it can be prevented instead of spreading lies and gossip that will kill more people than ebola itself.

Look at the EVIDENCE in order to decide who to believe. Have you come up with evidence that she really IS a doc and not just the public face of this company that sells loads of lunatic products such as "anti-radiation chocolate"? Furthermore ignorance is not the only possible explanation for spreading misleading information. Financial interest is another one. You ask who I am: I hold a Ph.D. in biology from a university in Germany and apart from that I'm just a concerned citizen who fears that all the lies and misinformation that are being spread will kill more people than ebola itself.

So she gave up a lucrative practice just so she can sell a few boxes of Nanosilver, you must be out of your mind, your claims make no sense. Her claims about the history of the takeover of the medical industry by John D. Rockefeller and his partners in crime are in the public domain, which is easily substantiated. If you bother to do your own research you'll see that she is legit' but that's not what you want is it ?
