Daniel Akin is a Nigerian who plays for Aminchi Football Academy, he was spotted by scouts from France who took him there, over there he joined coup d'etat academy doing well, he plays naturally as a supporting striker and does well when given a good ball, at age 16 he tried to join LOSC lille metropole, but couldn't due to his age and thus his inability to secure a permit, at 17 however during a friendly between coup d'etat and osmosis, which coup won 6-2 he scored an hat trick and made 2 assists due to his brilliant performance, scouts from valenciennes FC, ligue 1 averagers brought his attention to the club and he signed a 2-year 50,000pound contract with valenciennes.
during his unveiling to the club he was handed the no.11 jersey after the departure of their former no.11 striker though no fan of the club showed up Daniel popularly called Danny had this to say ;"I am very delighted to join this club it is a great honour for me, ill try my best to get into the first team and give my all in all"
he also stated that his main decision for joining the club was to get professional football and possibly go to greater heights.

scoring 3 goals during the preseason Danny was promoted to the substitutes bench but he never played the 1st ligue 1 match.which valenciennes drew 1 1 to Olympic lyonnais, he got in in the second ligue 1 match in the 64th minute scoring in the 72nd minute to add to valenciennes 2 1 lead, the match ended 3 1, Danny said he is so excited to have scored in his debut, though he felt disappointed to have missed an absolute sitter.the manager said he was impressed with danny's performance and expects more of the same in coming matches.
when Danny was asked about how he felt not having any fans, he said it was normal, and as he gets used to the club the fans would come, regarding his teammates Danny said they were fun and looked forward to playing with them, especially Balde, Danic and Nam Tae Hee.

Danny's Unveiling To Come This Afernoon.

In a New Turn of events David Moyes,who brought Danny to United on a loan deal has been sacked after taking united to 5th place last season.Reports have it that a deal has been signed by a new manager who still remains unknown till now and that the decision to sack Moyes was in place two weeks ago but was kept from the media till now

word has it that Danny had an argument with his manager during training for not allowing him play full matches, and it seems the big boss is mad at Danny as he has refused to play him in two league matches, even after Danny scored for Nigeria in their 1:1 friendly draw with an 'out of form' Spain.
