My sister just got her original waec result today,to our greatest dismay,we realized that 1995 was registered as her year of birth instead of '94. Meanwhile, all of her credentials carry the original '94. Now she's just been admitted into a tertiary institution and she needs to be screened. What do you think can be done to make a change or how can the change be effected?
