The 3 weeks orientation programme look as if it will take eternity but here we are today, the Stream 1 (no thanks to security challenges in some parts of the North, crowd management in Lagos camp and election in Osun) corpers are finally biding the once in a life time first of the 4 cardinal points of NYSC service year farewell. You are now an authority when it comes to telling people about what the orientation programme entails.
Its time to proceed to your place of primary assignment (PPA) where you are expected to render selfless service with dedication.
It time to physically part way with some of those you have been interacting with for the past 21 days.

As you proceed to your ppa, you are expected to be vigilant, interact and learn from the locals with humility and as well make a lasting positive impact on those that will come your ways.
Where is your PPA?
I am passionately pleading to those that have tips for survival in this locations where our comrades will be sojourning to please help us out.

If U redeployed, pls don't stress urself by taking unnecessary risks travelling up n down. Go home and rest! You've got d whole of september to sort yourself out.

Was posted to federal government college, birnin yauri, kebbi state. Still on the way even after 2hours of driving. The number one problem in kebbi state is: Most local government, towns and localities are always far from each other.

My brother got posted to Jalingo, the same school Taraba state used for the 3-weeks orientation camp. I wish him and other stream I batch B "corpers" a successful service year.

Please who has served in Air Force Base, New Bussa! I just need heads up before I know if I want to go

Please gurus, I need explanation on how to go about relocating or redeployment.. If however, I was given my relocation letter, where will I go? Though, I was posted to a school with the hope of getting my relocating letter in 2 weeks time(which I am certain of). All I need what to do after getting my relocation letter,will I be favoured in my PPA if I eventually get my letter?

Those people wey wan redeploy na only one option them give them - We can only redeploy you to Iraq. Now, wey Iraq dey hot pass hell fire sef, everybody kukuma choose to go Sambissa.

Uromi is a good place. A friend of mine served there. But Uromi is not as good as where I did my PPA. Igarra, akoko-edo. What a lovely town

To those posted to secondary schools, please say no to child abuse, enjoy your stay, teach them well and diligently, no bullying and I assure you that when your time is up you won't want to leave. All the best. A special S/O to all KD 13/A ex corpas
