My cousin wrote this waec may/june and had Exactly 5Credits in the subjects she needs Thus,Maths C4,English C4,Biology B3,Chemistry C5,physic B3...the rest was 2Fs(Geography and Economics) and E8(Agric)•••when the Original certificate comes out will the 2Fs be included?

No,only the ones he passed will be on the certificate.

Waec won't give certificate to someone who has F9 all through,because its just a waste of resource,and the person won't need the result.

yes.only the ones he passed,D7,E8 will be recorded,but F9 won't be included.
