PROCEDURE/ METHOD OF TRANSACTION:
1.Buyer verifies facilitators ID(PFI Nos at DPR)
2.Buyer and Seller sign SPA and deposit in their banks.
3.Buyer’s bank swifts NNPC equity buying fund(BG/LC) Blocked Fund in
buyer’s bank through to the seller’s bank account.
4.Both banks communicate and establish APG/PB/CODE.
5. Seller’s bank lodge coded contract with DPR who will program,
locate, issue NNPC ATS (soft copy) spelling out lifting schedules,
terms to buyer/seller through NNPC domain website/screen:
www.nnpcgroup.com
6. Seller assigns title documents in buyer’s company name with NNPC
receipt.
7. Buyer pay premium to NNPC & Balance to
Allottee/Seller, consultants and
Facilitators as per agreed Price in accordance with
the SPA after reconfirmation of allocation documents.

. NEXT ROUND OF TRANSACTION COMMENCES, THIS TIME SELLER AND
INTERMEDIARIES ARE PAID AS BUYER LIFTS SUBSEQUENT LOTS OF THE OIL
ALLOCATION IF ON ROLL OVER BASIS FOR 12 CALENDAR MONTHS. BUT IF SPOT
PURCHASE TRANSACTION ENDS
NOTE: THAT FROM THE DATE SELLER RECEIVES BUYER’S BCL, ICPO,EXPORT
PERMIT & STORAGE/TANK FARM PERMIT RECEICPT TO ISSUING THE BUYER THE
ALLOCATION IN HIS COMPANY NAME WILL TAKE A MINIMUM TWO WEEKS TO THREE
WEEKS MAXIMUM
