well I'm currently reading C++ Primer (updated for C++11) by stanley lippman et al. The compiler I use is Dev-cpp. I'm also keeping Qt by the side. I have the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC22 C++11 draft document jst for reference purpose. I jst want someone to share the learning experience with becos it's a language I plan on keeping.

Thanks man. I google too, alot! I jst want to meet pple of like mind to help share the learning process together. I think dat way I wud enjoy the programming experience and above all, get different reasoning to tackling problems. Thanks for droppin ur e-m@il, I would certainly keep in touch..

Sorry can I get help with setting up my QT....it keeps asking for a compiler...I already installed a Visual studio 2010 x86.....but I'm still getting error anytime I try to compile

Try to verify if the QT package you downloaded was the build for Visual Studio 2010, it seems you might have downloaded that for MinGW
