Recently, we heard that by February, 2009, share certificates would be a thing of the past to be replaced with cscs certificates bearing all your stocks. While this is commendable, is February, 2009 realistic? If not, which time would you suggest that it takes off.  |

The deadline is feasible. The firms involved are also bracing up with technological capability to do e-transactions in preference to manual verification processes. |
