It seems the heads of Manchester City (Txiki, Soriano, Pellegrini and Al Mubarak) are about to get Kelechi Iheanacho's work permit. Two strikers left the club today. Alvaro Negredo to Valencia and Super John Guidetti to Celtics. That makes the number of strikers in the Club's first team three. The remaining Strikers are Aguero, Dzeko and Jovetic.

Coach Pellegrini works with four strikers and Nacho is next in line. The heads of Man City would not let Negredo go if they did not believe in their ability of securing Nacho's work permit or believe in his ability.

Coach Manu Garba insisted that Iheanacho could play as good as the top players at Manchester City. The surprising turn of events in the club seems to back Coach Manu Garba's words.


"I am not surprised at all by what Iheanacho has shown because, if given the chance, he can play for any team in the world," he told Manchester Evening News.

"He already has the technique to flourish at the highest level and the only thing the more established players at City could have over him is experience.

"At his age, his finishing around the box puts him in a class of his own. He usually scores five goals during our training sessions.

"Once you give him the space and allow him to control the ball around the goal area, he can convert three of the five chances he gets. He is that good...........Coach Manu Garba.

hmmm...thought the clubs have already submitted the team lists for the new season....either ways if NACHO gets dat chance den nice one for him. I just love dat name "NACHO"

I do not know how long but the actions taking by the club, shows they expect Nacho's work permit granted soon.

Super John Guidetti's move to Celtics did not go through due to paper works not completed in time.

@ OP since John Guidetti deal to Celtic fell through then it means Guidetti will be 4th choice for manCity . Kelechi can wait till next season . A loan deal will suit him now . Hearing he will be farmed out to City's sister club New york city FC then return for the beginning of 15/16 season

Tar, which work permit? He needs to stay in Europe for three years and gain citizenship before he is granted a conditional work permit.He would probably be shipped out on loan

Yeah.From all indications Guidetti isnt staying at city this season.
I hear Man City are looking for championship clubs to loan guidetti and Sinclair to.Their window is still opened.

Latest on Guidetti is they're sorting his paper-work.
Celtic made an appeal to UEFA.
His move may eventually be approved today,cos the process was STARTED last night but couldnt be completed before 11 pm which was the deadline.

18yrs Old Isaac Success played 90 minutes in d la liga on sunday(Granada vs Elche).He was d Man-of-the-match,providing an assist.
Success and iheanacho's development have been very fast and impressive.
No way they're going to fade like chrisantus/okoro IMO.
Watch out particularly for Isaac success this season.I think presently,he is Granada's 2nd choice striker.
So expect him to play regularly in d la liga this season.
