What am experiencing now is very disheartening. Whenever I switch on my P5, it will hang, I will have no other option but to remove the battery and on it again for it to hang again. It might take up 40 minutes before it will stabilize. You can imagine frequent switching on and removing my battery for more than 40 minutes.
pls what do I do because even if I doon't switch it off, somedays it will trip off by itself.

When resetting an Android phone, u won't be asked for pass code...
But, y did u 4get ur password? is't really ur phone?

Bro the phone is mine o. And I have never changed the pass code before. I thought 0000 is all phones custom but was told it's wrong when input it.

Same tin happen to my p5 last week .....but i have to factory reset and clear all data ...by pressing ur up volume key and power button d same time .....afer all d process my phone just change to new one ....every data left and d problem has stop

please i don't no if am posting on the right platform am new to nairaland and don't really no how to post............ am having a big problem with my Teckno P5 it switches on the data and wifi it self, i have tried factory reset several times but it not working it still gives the same problem please someone who knows more about naira land should help me re post this better so i can get my solutions
