Yes, the $40 covers all the shipping and handling to Lagos. For your second point, I charge per order e.g $30 if you are buying a single laptop meaning if you are buying more than 1, you wont be charged $30 per laptop, it will be cheaper.

For phones, I charge $20 for commission and free shipping for only one phone, but if you want to buy more than one item,we can negotiate
