Somalia's islamic group Al-Shabab has named Amed Umar as succesor to former leader Ahmed Abdi Godane, Who was killed in a US air strike.
The alert came as the US confirmed the death Godane in air strike south of Mogadishu on monday night.
The group announced the move in an online statement, vowing to take revenge of Godane's death.
Somalia's authorities earlier put the country on alert to possible retiatory attacks by Al-shabab

This is the problem with this Islamic Terrorists, they never give up, you kill one, two more pop up, u kill their leader, they crown another immediately. If the use this kind of determination to the betterment of people, they world would have been a better place.
