I have dreamed of being to owner of a big business(500 or more employees). Do i also need to build a rice mill right next to the rice farm?

If you really mean business, get a consultant to conduct a feasibility study for you before committing any dime. Read widely and network with industry professionals. Like the above poster warned, beware of scammers! Knowledge, they say, is power.
