Hi fellow nairalanders,
Please help. I am a 400 level university student of cross river university of technology, calabar.
I presently have with me N40,000 naira - which is part of the money for my clearance come February next year (2015) prior to service.
If I should keep this little cash with me, it may not survive till next year. It's not up to the minimum amount needed to open a fixed deposit account.

My worry is, how best do I invest this little sum? Any viable and trustworthy business? Please advice.

what a bad advice.why advising someone to go into forex trading when he cannot afford to loose the money.you heard what he said,he is not willing to spend the money before next year and you are recommending forex trading which is the worse advice you can give to this dude.op,it will be nice to put the money in savings account and the bank deducts their litle charges than trading forex with it because it will be the worse mistake you would make if you engage in it.better still,if you are close to your school eenvironment, you can engage in buying and selling of stuffs to student.if you have an handwork, you can try and advertise in school and invest the little money into the handwork.don't listen to anyone that said you should trade forex or binary because the money will not smile with you

Guy look around you and see what need you can fill then engage in it, you'd be surprised how fast your cash will grow, pls be careful so that when you need the money it's not tied down or with people in the form of credit, if you can't invest save it in the bank and discipline yourself.
