I was just also going to point out that Jesus himself said wat happened in d time of noah is similar to wat will happen by the time God completes his judgement on earth......
in a way God still gave pple who are xtains but love d world more dan God a second chance to make heaven.
Anyone who doesn't make rapture will have to pass thru tribulation and buy their way into heaven with their blood. And d beast will ensure dis when dey refuse to deny Jesus.

"If we follow Mathew's wordings, those who are TAKEN when Jesus comes are those who are LOST, taken away and DESTROYED by the brightness of his coming (see 2Thessalonians 2:eight)- like those who were taken away and destroyed by the flood........."

No one answers the question of what will happen to all 'non Christians' when this so called event happens. For example, the 1.2 billion Buddhists out there (whose number is very close to that of Christians).


Personally, i think its a big mistake to teach people to be good because of heaven or God watching them etc. What you have is that they do good for the wrong reasons and will resort to the evil in them once they feel they will get away with it. Teach them to do good because it its right, end of story. Because wrong hurts the other person. That is why we lack empathy as Nigerians.

FACTS - There will never be any trumpet sounding anywhere in the skies except those playing football national anthems. Hence there shall be no rapture. Whatever that would bring this earth to conclusion shall be that of human beings e.g wars, terrorism, aggressive modernization, nature reacting to changes due to human activities etc.

The Christ consciousness has visited this world again even before many of us were born. He visited as Isa and the Quran testified this. Finally, there is no physical or spiritual city filled with fire and brimstones reserved for people who are considered to be sinners. Hence, this is no HELL FIRE. If there is anything close to that description, we are currently in one - Earth.

When we actually die or transit our true consciousness comes alive and we know the truth. We either return back to earth to pay for our wickedness or transit to higher planes based on our spiritual consciousness on earth. HeNce, the famous and familiar word - KARMA. Likewise, there are other living entities on other spheres of lives and sometimes, these entities visit Earth.

Blessed is he who his sins will not count against him. Mr pastor, I think u too need to study ur bible very well. Righteousness is by faith, not works. Jesus Christ died as an attonement for all those little sins u mentioned in which one might do unknowingly. Becos our heart is the judge, if the heart does not condemn you, no one will as long as u are a born again and live in the spirit. Whoever that lives in the spirit and commits those small sins u mentioned will be condemned by his heart right there. So stop making ppl believe that heaven is hard and only by work. No one is righteous and the only way to heaven is thru acceptance of Jesus Christ as ur lord and he will act as an atonement for ur sins and righteousness by faith believe in god's power. With the 2 things above you will become a born again born into the spirt and live in light and will NEVER be judged. righteousness by work and faith are two different things. Looking at faith just like Abraham, righteousness by faith demands obedience to the word of God inorder to pls God. Abraham had faith and obeyed all God told him. Becos we now live by faith does not mean you should go ahead and sin. And thus faith without work is useless.
Also, work here does not mean the law in the book but that in our hearts.

Funny, this is one extremist opinion of the Christian faith. The OP could have as well stated that being in Nairaland on sunday could land someone in hell. At OP, no human can make heaven by your standards and interpretations, trust me. Even at best, u would be a hypocrite, doing all sorts as it pleases u and always crying on ur knees for repentance. Knowing the human nature, there are sins you will forget to confess and the big question is, if rapture were to meet u during ur failings or in ur state of unconfessed sins, which I know u have, would u still make heaven? My friend don't cause fear, let's be good christians by showing love to one another and wait for God to judge.

Salvation is not by work. PERIOD.
You don't go to heaven because of your good deeds. You go to heaven because of believing in Jesus and his finished work on the cross.

A new creation (truly saved child of God) can never go to hell because they have eternal life.
A genuinely saved child of God don't live in sin.
