Please follow the bellow steps carefully. 1. Download the bellow Backup file for 2700 classic or Express Music 2700 classic HERE Express Music HERE 2. After you download the one for your device open your memory card go to where you download the file to, the click ok on it. 3. It will ask you to use the backup to restore your phone press yes and accept for it to restore your device. 4. Wait for few minutes for is to restore, after the restoration complete.
