Heyllo Op, I can't answer your first question directly because I'm not into the production of the conventional candle.

The only raw materials you need for the conventional candle are: candle wax, stearic acid and paraffin oil(for lubrication) and the candle thread.

The wax is usually sold in slab. A slab goes for 1,800 to 2,000 naira (please note that, there are two different types of wax, one is purer than the other, the purer one is used for production of candle). The stearic acid is sold in kilos. A kilo of stearic acid is less than 500 naira. The thread is sold in roles, a role is around 200 naira or even less for the small candle. You may walk into any chemical store to verify the prices.

As for the mould or machine, I can't say precisely also, there are a lot of sellers on alibaba or aliexpress you may check them out.
