I've been having some issues with my galaxy grand. In a way, I need help with it and also want to open up a platform where fellow users can get help with theirs too. Here are the issues I have: 1. Since I upgraded to 4.2.2 earlier dis year, I've not been able to take screenshots. I used to swipe across the face of the phone before to take screenshots but it no longer works. 2. Ever since the upgrade, my phone has been unusually slow and sometimes hang. I'll appreciate anyone with useful info on how I can go about this. Tanx |
