I just opened a Cyber Cafe but it's yet to begin working properly. Reason: Too many options of the methods to use for subscription and different service providers with their terms... I also need to put into consideration the service my customers will enjoy, and of course, my profit.

I'm sorry to say, how can you venture into something you have not researched or not decided on which one to use before spending? You don't have reliable information about various internet plans available (the core of internet cafe biz).

Sincerely speaking, cafe biz is no longer a lucrative business. Notwithstanding, since you have already ventured into it, this is my advice:
Try to look out for, and in some cases, register with various institutions dt do online registration (e.g. JAMB, WAEC, NECO, NYSC etc). Look into selling various cards like admission or result checkers, registration forms etc
As per the internet package to use for such services, it depends on your area and ur pocket ae well as volume of business that you are envisaging. Start with the plan that will not tear your pocket and increase it as situation demands.

If you ask me, I would suggest you convert that your cafe to a training school or business centre depending on ya location and like Obasy09 said cafe is not viable anymore because of smartphones and tablets.. So if you must run a cafe, one or two computers is enuf for a start, then you can expand your network if the need arises, but business centre cum computer school, you are definitely assured of the money.. If you run it well... My opinion though.

Considering the venue that d cafe is located, I'm VERY SURE that it's gonna survive... and it will stay alive. I didn't actually venture into what I know nothing about, but d plans I intended using had been stopped from d ISP. Although I'm not an expert in d field, but I'm not a novice.

I just need someone that's into it, or that knows about it, to put me tru one or two things. I also wanna have a website. Anyone that can do that is also welcome.

OP, asking about the subscription to go for? To me, almost all of them are just for "let me just manage it". But if you can locate Spectranet in your area over there, I would advise you to go to their office and make the necessary enquiry. Good luck to you.

Abeg, people make una do discourage person from starting a business. Instead, please encourage him. The fact that a person fails in a business does not mean everyone else will. Op, the best cafes that i know around me use either cobranet or spectranet, find out from both Isp what their plans are. To add to auxillary services, you could offer hotspot services to users with laptop and tablets, you could also consider using a part of your centre as dedicated sports bet corner as that is definitely a crowd puller too. Anything that would attract people to the business should be look into. I wish you the best.
