I need insightful and practical ideas on how to solve HTC's dwindling attraction .
Recent events have shown that the Taiean phone manufacturer is in serious problems due to extreme low demands and innovative ness of other phone makers like Apple, Samsung , xiaowei China brand,LG and others . The companies market share and stocks are turning into loses at a speed pace.
Besides most reputable employees in R and D, marketing have quit their jobs to join other companies. Recently I suppose the CEO a Singaporean just quit.

Guys I need your ideas and ways the company could resuscitate itself before it completely goes down.
This is a personal write up not from the company, though Iam working on something with it.
