Etisalat eat up my 10mb and #200 within 20 minutes. I was given 10mb after loading my line with #200. I was using operamini to browse my fbook and nairaland and after 20 minutes, I discovered all my mb have gone and I was left with #17 naira credit. I was like what is d Bleep with Etisalat. From now on I will stop recharging my line for my own good. Etisalat bye for now. |

asuustrike1:I know what am saying. Opening of fbook and nairaland with very slow network within 20 minutes and my 10mb with #183 just gone like that. It is not my first time of using 10mb and I know long it takes me before it finished. |

I've also xperienced the same thing i called their customer care and threaten them that i will take a legal action against them if they refused to refund my money they claimed that i used the mb to browse but cant account for 200naira they can only account for 20naira the next day my 180naira was refunded You can also follow my step |

You should know these network providers are rogue traders. What happened is the stupid mb they giv on top ups is all some bait to lure you to browse & in the process, once thats exhausted, it launches into your main account. Ordinarily it aint supposed to be so. Iv fallen victim a number of times. What I do is I monitor their useless mb giveaways with an app so it doesnt steal my money again. stone07: |
