4. confidence and ability to defend own's design
5. the greater the work experience, the better.

Quantity Surveyor
1.A first degree in quantity survey
2.Stand alone/project experience
3.Record of running multiple projects advantageous
4.Valuation,final account and tender submission essential.

Structural Engineer
1.A degree in civil engineering
2.Must be able to work with AutoCAD,S.T.A.A.D,RCC Excel(spread sheet),Civil CAD and other electronic design programmes.
3.Must posses sufficient education and or experience to begin project assignments without extensive training.
4.Membership of a recognized professional body will be a plus.
