Some people are bothered by the fact that they are shorter. It is widely believed that by the age of 21 it is not possible to gain additional height, and you must make do with whatever amount of growth your body has already managed. Some school of thought equally believed that growing tall stops at 25 years of age. The question now is what actual age does growing tall ceases/can a person actually add more height after these stipulated ages through food supplements or by other means ?
