Why is it that corp members in some states receive their monthly allawee earlier than the rest in other states?

Do federal government allocate the money at different time.

Anambra state NYSC is fond of paying their corp members late knowing that some corp members depend on that stipend for feeding and transportation.
September allawee has not been paid at the time of creating this topic.

Corp members,when were you usually paid in you state of service.Give your state and time.Gracias.

same thing is happening in Edo.. today is oct. 9 and we are yet to be paid sept allowee. when our colleagues in Ondo state have been paid since oct. 3 !!!!

we copers in cross river do receive allowee at first of every month but dat of september came very late. I just received mine 2 minutes ago today being 9th

which of d ondo states?? definately not the one I'm in presently cos we haven't been paid sept allowance.
