Hi guys, I am in search of a decent Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) software. For the time being, i'd like to get my hands on a free version of the software. Google has thrown up a number of suggestions but i'm struggling to decide which to settle for. In addition to other features, the suggested CRM must be capable of generating/creating invoice with serial numbers, generate weekly/monthly reports, multi-user interface and real-time workflow. I'm beckoning on you Business owners, Managers, HR Heads, Admin wizkid's to chime-in. Thanks in anticipation. |

What operating system would it be based on - Windows or Linux or etc. As a beginner and for the sake of the fact that there are more windows based users, I would be suggesting Microsoft Dynamic CRM. Also would it be On-Premise or off Premise I.e cloud or web based. If your company is a small business, you may try http://www.act.com |

Thanks for the response bassdow. Our OS are windows based. security is of utmost importance to me as such I'm tending towards something I have 100% control over. That is a software that is localised. |

OooooK! just had a look at Microsoft dynamincs CRM and Sugar CRM. Both have a price tag. I'm not a cheapskate or a free loader but i want to get started with a free version. To whet my appetite and to get a hang of things. Any suggestions please?? |
