The question is who appointed Buhari, approved & authorised the building of the refinenaries?
Both Obj and Buhari takes the credit. In fact Obj even used it to campaign in 1999. Just like Obj and Dora takes credit for NAFDAC's exploits. Obj and Ribadu are credited for EFCC's anti-corruption success. The one with the idea and the executor(Buhari) is credited along with the one that appointed him to work.
Hence, GMB built 2 Refineries while serving under Obj's Government.
During Obj's administration, 2 refineries were built.

What has Nigeria done with its four refineries ? Its not advanced nuclear physics to maintain or even build new ones even if they're modular refineries. Those who got licenses for construction where have they gone to ? You people should use your heads

All these PDP are so shameless. Show me a refinery built under GEJ and see if I will not shower praises on him and Diezani. Soludo can always boast of successful recapitalization of banks during OBJ era,Late Dora Akuyili has always been given credits for the success of NAFDAC. You cann't disconnect a parastatal head from a landmark achievement or a failure. PDP are just distortg facts. Shameful.
