Co-Creation Hub (CcHUB) Nigeria, the premier Social Innovation Centre in Nigeria – seeks an experienced and passionate Network Administrator. The ideal candidate will manage the CcHUB LAN infrastructure and oversee the technical arm of our exciting local community cloud wifi initiative (www.cchubnigeria.com/i-HQ) in Yaba. You will be expected to learn fast and have sufficient experience in deploying and managing IP infrastructure including but not limited to Merakis, UBNT and Cisco LAN/ WAN routers and switches.

Responsibilities:
Overseeing the efficient implementation and optimisation of internet networks in order to make sure that they are functioning smoothly.
Customizing the network to meet the necessary requirements of the company.
Monitoring the network’s performance.
Controlling user access to the network and, and configuring firewalls to secure the company’s network.
Support, manage, and ensure operating capability of both the LAN and WAN.
Ensuring hardware, software, and network upgrades, installs, re-installs, changes and relocations are efficiently completed as required.
Troubleshooting computing systems, networks, and applications to identify malfunctions and correct them as well as other operational difficulties.
Investigating, recommending and installing enhancements and operating procedures in order to properly regulate network availability.

Qualification & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field/ Commensurate technical experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Good Knowledge of computing and computer network hardware, security systems software and peripheral equipment.
