Is it possible to create a database with list of all 120K polling units (according to states and local governments) where we can go in and register results (as well as validate) from each polling unit so that we don't see that we win in our various polling units only for INEC to declare PDP as winner in the end. They always cover their butt by saying you cant judge the general election by outcome of one polling unit.

Please guys let us brainstorm on how we can stop PDP in their track in 2015. The only reason PDP treats us with so much disdain is that they believe no matter how bad they impoverish us they will declare themselves winner in the polls, courtesy if their rigging machinery.
