it is more a tip to a successful relationship!

Stuff that I would use:

1.) Food (but just not too much)
2.) Movies
3.) Music
4.) Jogging (clears my mind, and the endorphins from it don't hurt)
5.) Writing your feelings about it down

#3 and #5 are probably the best bets, those help me when I'm feeling sad. Hope that helps

Keep away from the other person and with time the pain will lessen also try and cut all forms of communications that will really help

theres nothing better than having someone to hang out with that is giving you alot of attention to take your mind off the hurt of an ex.

1. My music
i pulled out my Tupac and started jamming. it cleared my head and i let the beats and rhymes flow through my head.

2. Work out
I ran two miles on the track to clear my head. when i run i forget anything that is around me and let my mind run and heart speak. Them i went to my belly dance class and it put my mind into a different perspective.

3. My mirror
i stared at myself for a long time. this helps because i see the pain im in and it makes me remember who i truly am.

4. Acceptance
When i finally accepted the fact why my heart was hurting. By understanding this i was able to calm down to help myself find a solution to the problem that would make me happy.

Heart break is when ur boyfriend who u've loved and trusted for 3 yrs suddenly turns on u and says the most horrible things to u, hits u and then walks out. . .  .

well yes and no. It was fun making up!!! but the next morning i had a huge hickey on the side of my neck. and no matter what i did i couldnt conceal it. so when i went to practice, my coach noticed it and was furious. i had to do an hour worth of punishment. but it was worth it.

well to you that is what heartbreak is because that is probably how you experienced or something. but to me that was heartbreak because well it was my fault of what happened to us the other day. and i had to deal with that because im not use to being wrong. and yeah im quick at the mouth. so i had to deal with what i did and wonder if i just throw away the one good thing in my life.
