Dear Nigerian Youth,

In the agitation to succumb apartheid in most advanced nations, revolutions and counter revolutions eventually occurred, leading to change in the status quo of corruption, oppression, exploitation and underdevelopment. One thing that is legendary about all these revolutions is the active role the youths played in mobilizing, exercising, conscientising and sacrificing their lives, money and time for posterity sake.

Nigerian Youth, it's expedient to admit that our state of minds is of major concern to the development of our nation. This state of mind is what is needed to propel us into action, towards creative thinking and innovation, to challenge the course of historical hopelessness and underdevelopment of the nation.

But in present Nigeria, the permutation on the wall reveals that Nigerian youth seem not to be revolutional in their thinking. It's daily becoming pathetic, ridiculous and unpatriotic to witness that inspite of unfavourable Nigeria economy and rulership meted at the detriment of youth's aspiration, most of them still could not reason justifiably in terms of credible choice of choosing who to lead us right.

The facts before us state that:
An administration in this nation started NYSC while another attempted to scrap it, even another imposed fee to be paid which had never happened since it started.

An administration in this nation reversed fuel pump price to suppress the economic hardship while another increased it unjustifiable.

An administration in this nation built refineries and electricity power plants while another sold them off.

An administration in this nation made education and health care compulsorily free while another made hectic policies with burdensome fees.

In the history of Nigeria, it's never recorded where the teaming youth of the federation are swindled, duped and deceived by their government. The unusual manifested during immigration recruitment exercise where nigerian youth are brainwashed to pay a certain amount before they could be given employment. In this struggle many lost their souls.

In a sane society, all these references and many more ought to be the propelling force to instigate youth to RISE for change. But unfortunately, youths that are expected to be the watchdog against societal menace have joined their elders in furthering the destruction of their society(their posterity), without pity.

Today, the Nigeria youths are armed with characters that are antithesis to its progress. Such antitheses includes thuggery, vandalism and agents of corruption. They allow themselves to be used as political errant at the detriment of their future. They encourage poor performances, endorse procreation and replenishment of mismanagement of public funds, and support mediocrity, cluelessness, violence and tribalism.

The question we may post and ask is;
why is it that, Nigeria with all its vast
potentials have failed to achieve
development? The answers could be far
fetching, from the facts that, the failure
of Nigeria is partly predicated on the
failure of sound and conscious youths,
who should have been alive to their
responsibility, of been the watchdog of
their society against the ill-informed
leaders and elders who are daily
destroying the fabrics of the Nigerian
society.

The failure of the youths to live
up to their responsibilities seriously
fractured and fragmented the country
into a web of despairs and frustration.

Today, these youngster failed to realized
that, the future of this country (Nigeria)
lies in their feet, while they seat and
watched their destinies been mortgaged
by this expired generation.

I appeal to all Nigerian youth to work on their mindset and rise for change. Let's shun tribalism, sentiment, etc. We all have conscience to ascertain that the fundamental goal of our fight for democracy was to alleviate hardship. But if we will sincerely allow the truth to speak, past 16years of our democracy has brought severe hardship to all our dreams and aspiration. This is enough for us to rise for CHANGE.

Op, what do you understand by the word ''apatheid''? Secondly, have you treated malaria of recent? It is because malaria sometimes starts in a very funny way. I suggest Lonart, wipa or better still fansider for the curative process. These afforementioned drugs can work wonders in a very short while.

There is always sense in drunken man statement..Take it or leave it.
That is the main reason that Nigeria is this old without what to show for it.

Save this message for the unborn youth. youth of this generation are lost and confuse. They lack the ability to discern issues as they arise in the country.they only answer to their various paid masters because they are hungry.
